People

We are looking for a new member to add to our team of highly qualified technical sales and support staff. The new person will likely work mainly in the broad psychology discipline, and is likely to work mainly with SMI eyetrackers and The Observer, but a good knowledge of all products is required by all staff.

Our approach is to provide excellent, accurate and comprehensive product advice. You will assess the needs of researchers and businesses to provide a high quality solution for their study(s). You will develop good working relationships with customers and provide training and technical support to new and existing users.

The post is ideal for someone who enjoys solving behavioural research problems in order to help researchers and businesses to get the most from their studies. You must be a good networker, be willing to travel, be IT literate and be genuinely interested in helping others with their behavioural research goals.

It is likely that you will have a degree and/or higher degree in a relevant discipline, but this, and prior experience in sales is not a requirement. It is also likely you will have a driving licence.

You will be expected to work with the products to learn their capabilities, and technical sales and presentation training will be given.

Applications

Provide us with a CV and a covering letter outlining your relevant experience and also tell us why you are interested in joining us. There is a wealth of information on the Tracksys website and elsewhere so please show us that you can make use of it in presenting your case based on what you anticipate the role will involve.
