Tracksys offer free lifetime technical support and advice over the phone or by e-mail. You can request support or ask for advice by simply filling in the support request form.

Alternatively, if you are new to a piece of software or equipment, you might be interested in one of our training workshops.

Training

Tracksys offer a range of training options with our systems.

We encourage new users to take advantage of our customised training days, where training is designed to suit your individual research needs. We will spend a day on-site with you and your colleagues, making sure that you have enough hands-on experience to start your research straight away! Contact us if you feel that customised training could be beneficial to you or your organisation.

We also run a number of training workshops for The Observer XT and EthoVision. These are ideal for new users and existing users in need of a refresher. The courses cover all aspects of the software, from set-up to analysis. You will create an entire project, which you will be able to take home with you on CD. This is also a great opportunity to meet other users!
