You will assess the needs of researchers and businesses to provide the ideal solution for their study(s). You will develop good working relationships with customers and provide training and technical support to new and existing users.
The post is ideal for someone who enjoys solving behavioural research problems; helping researchers and businesses to get the most from their studies. You must be a good networker, willing to travel, IT literate and genuinely interested in helping others with their research goals. This is also a sales role and applicants should bear this in mind.
An initial 3-month training on technical sales and presentation skills will be given. We also provide external courses to supplement the training programme in the medium-term, for personal and company development.
