Improving the performance of the Scottish Rugby Union team using The Observer

At the SRU The Observer system has been used in two ways. Firstly it is an ideal tool for quantifying the performance of the whole team and allows us to identify strengths and weaknesses. Crucially, performance assessment can be linked directly to the activity of the opposing side helping us provide more accurate feedback.

Secondly, the video highlights option allows us to provide players with positive video feedback at half time and is instrumental in motivating players to give a stronger second-half performance.
